Who operates ITONKA
ITONKA Inc. operates the public ITONKA website, the free AI Investment Decision Assessment and the client platform. This notice covers the public ITONKA website, the free AI Investment Decision Assessment and public contact forms. Client implementations may also be governed by a separate customer agreement or data-processing terms.
Information we collect
We may receive information you choose to provide through contact forms, including your name, work email, company, phone number and message. Standard web-server logs may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp for security and operational purposes.
AI Decision Assessment
Your individual assessment answers stay in your browser unless you choose to submit a result. If you send a result to ITONKA, the public form submits the summary score, decision position, dimension scores, assessment approach, stakeholder-role scores, company information and the contact details you provide. The 12 individual answers are not included in that submission.
Public form processing
Public contact and optional assessment-result forms are currently transmitted through FormSubmit before delivery to ITONKA. Do not use public forms to send passwords, regulated personal information, confidential client records or other sensitive data. We plan to use ITONKA-controlled enterprise workflows as the service matures.
Cookies and client login
The public website is not designed around advertising cookies. The protected client Platform uses necessary session cookies for authentication and security. Those cookies are configured server-side and are not used for advertising.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide requested assessments or service information, operate and secure the website, improve ITONKA, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, security, contractual requirements or applicable law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
